- Lead systems engineering team for platform-store integration programs
- Support proposal and program planning
- Perform system analyses for flight clearance
- Manage Cost Account for Earned Value Management System (EVMS) monthly reports
- Analyze and manage system requirements
- Perform functional analysis and systems trade studies
- Generate system and subsystem requirements documents
- Prepare and present system engineering materials during major reviews
- Collaborate cross-functionally to establish coherent information
- Act as an advisor on technical research studies and applications
- Manage critical subcontractors for missile technologies
- Provide supervision and act as Point of Contact for Systems Engineering issues
- Mentor less experienced engineers
- Identify staffing and resource needs across programs
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline and a minimum of fourteen years of systems engineering experience
- Extensive experience in missile/weapon systems development and integration
- Demonstrated experience in advanced technological development
- Experience in making technical decisions impacting system designs
- Experience as a CAM
- Active DoD Secret Clearance within the last five years
- Experience with Requirements Management Tool and Model Based Systems Engineering
- Experience with Digital Engineering and in SAP security environment
- Certified member of INCOSE

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to lead the systems engineering efforts for integrating NG missiles onto F-35 combat aircraft and other platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in the full systems engineering lifecycle of missile/weapon system development and test programs while supporting Program Manager on proposal and program planning. The role involves collaborating with team members to innovate system architecture and adapt to industry needs.
