Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with school teams to create on-campus strategy at assigned target schools. Coordination of all on-campus and in-house activities for schools including company presentations, office visits, networking events, and interviews
  • Secure coverage for and attend campus and inhouse events
  • Assist in the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts across targeted campuses
  • Manage relationships with key contacts at career centers
  • Manage summer intern program, including onboarding, training, events, appraisal process and offers
  • Support program management processes including rotations, placements, performance management, compensation, and promotion
  • Update and monitor online applicant tracking system for schools/businesses and report on entry hiring and fulltime program statistics as requested
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed
  • Travel domestically 2025% of the worktime during peak recruiting season

Should also have:

  • Desire to be in a serviceoriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Recruiting and Program Management
  • Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple timesensitive projects in a very fastpaced environment
  • Ability to interact with sophisticated MBA population
  • Strong organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective writing and oral presentation skills
  • Strong project management, creative problemsolving skills and ability to act independently
  • Team player with flexibility to accommodate different personalities and work styles as well as confidence to manage interactions and expectations at all levels of the organization
  • Flexibility for travel and to work evening hours as needed during peak seasons
