Your responsibilities

Definition, conception and implementation of innovative marketing activities for the company's products and services in coordination with the marketing and management team
Development of attentiongrabbing marketing campaigns to generate leads for various marketing channels online and offline as well as special promotional offers
Special focus on sophisticated storytelling in words and images: translating technical content into creative and attractive marketing communication for different target groups within the optical industry
Active participation and contribution to the development of lead nurturing for the concretization and active management in customer relationship management (CRM)
Creation of product marketing materials for sales in collaboration with technical departments brochures, presentations, website content, trade show displays, etc.
Responsible management of additional projects in the field of international marketing communication and events, as well as support for international branches in the USA, Brazil, and China
Management of external agencies and other service providers in the marketing field
Participation in the further development of strategic marketing communication

Your profile

Successfully completed business studies with a focus on marketing or a degree in engineering/mechanical engineering with a focus on marketing and professional experience in the abovementioned areas
Relevant experience in marketing communication, strong conceptual and organizational skills, and pronounced creative abilities
Ability to understand complex technical issues
Experience in managing external service providers
Fluent English skills in speaking and writing, additional foreign language skills are advantageous
Experience in an international environment and stays abroad are advantageous
