Summary:


We are currently seeking a HR Operations Administrator (f/m/d) for our HR Operations department at our Ulm or Immenstaad location.

The HR Operations department is responsible for handling all administrative tasks related to the employee life cycle.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Administering all HRrelated tasks throughout the employee life cycle, from recruitment to departure
  • Creating employment documents and processing HR service requests
  • Maintaining and updating HR data in our HR tools to ensure accuracy
  • Serving as the operational point of contact for HR business partners
  • Taking on special projects and tasks related to operational HR matters

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial vocational training with additional qualifications in HR, such as an HR specialist certification
  • Several years of experience in operational HR work
  • Strong knowledge of labor, works constitution, wage tax, and social security laws
  • Structured, punctual, and detailoriented work style
  • Trustworthiness and a natural ability to communicate and work with people
  • A strong service mindset, with the ability to understand employee needs and find solutions in challenging situations
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English
