Job Summary:

The Pool Bartender at Hacienda Del Sol Resort will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving beverages at the poolside bar.

This is a part-time, hourly position. This individual contributor role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests to the poolside bar
Take orders and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
Ensure that all drinks are made to Hacienda Del Sol's standards and consistent with the guests' expectations
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Build and maintain positive relationships with guests
Assist in restocking and inventory management
Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service

Requirements:

Must be able to work in an outdoor setting
Minimum of 1 year experience in a bartending position
Knowledge of basic mixology and familiarity with different types of alcohol
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Positive attitude and team player mentality
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Arizona
