In the Stormarn district, we operate 20 daycare centers and employ around 350 staff members as an attractive employer in our facilities.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a nursery teacher as a substitute (m/f/d, hours/week, permanent position).

The assignment will take place as needed in one of our daycare centers (Südstormarn and Nordstormarn)

Your responsibilities:

Supervising and accompanying children aged 8 months to 6 years according to the "Guidelines for the Educational Mission in Daycare Centers in Schleswig-Holstein"
Designing educational activities based on the interests and needs of the children
Relationship-oriented, appreciative, and resource-oriented interaction with the children
Rotating assignments to support the regular staff in our daycare centers
Collaborating with parents as partners
