You will coordinate internal and external services, responsible for procurement, support with errands when needed, and organize warehouse management:
You will manage our fleet, including parking spaces, and handle job tickets:
You will work closely with HR and IT to design workspaces:
You will organize occupational health and safety:
You will be the main contact for facility management:
You will handle contract renewals for rental and leasing properties, bank-owned insurance, and external services, including maintaining our contract management software.
We are looking for:

You have a commercial education, several years of work experience, and ideally, some technical skills - we also welcome career changers (e.g.
from the hotel industry, tourism, or gastronomy):

You are highly organized, technically inclined, and proficient in Microsoft Office:
You have a valid driver's license and are willing to travel to our Pforzheim location once a month:
You are self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, are service-oriented, assertive, detail-oriented, and reliable:
You have good manners and excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
