The Schülerhilfe is one of the leading providers of qualified educational and tutoring services in Germany and Austria, as well as Germany's third largest franchise system.

For over 45 years, it has been offering individual tutoring in small groups of three to five students. The Schülerhilfe offers tutoring in math, German, English, and many other subjects.

We are expanding our team in the field and are looking for a
Regional Manager (m/f/d) for the Düsseldorf area.

The following is on your schedule:

Management of 10-15 Schülerhilfe locations, including disciplinary management of employees
Recruitment and selection of employees
Training, coaching, and mentoring of employees
Ensuring the implementation of Schülerhilfe concepts and introduction of new services
Responsibility for the revenues and results of the region, as well as budget control and accountability
Implementation of ISO standards and ensuring the quality of instruction
Search for new locations for expansion

You bring the following qualifications:

A solid professional education and initial management experience
Sales experience, ideally in franchised companies
Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly establish yourself as an accepted contact for employees and customers
Performance and goaloriented team leadership
