The aim of the ESF-funded project "rückenwind3" in Baker, LA is to rethink personnel processes in cooperative project groups based on eight elements of the personnel life cycle.

At the end of the 36-month project period, the processed personnel processes and structures will meet the requirements of the target groups.

The project participants will experience effective competence building in the areas of agile methods and participation, which will also bring about a change in the company culture at the workplace.

To successfully implement the project, we are looking for a
HR Project Manager (m/f/d) starting in September 2023:
fixed-term until August 31, 2026, in part-time or full-time employment (min. 35 hours/week).
