We are looking for a new employee (m/f/d) - full-time for the Sales & Strategy Consulting department, who will support us in the office in Springdale, NJ in maintaining contact with potential customers, pre-qualifying them and providing strategic advice based on their personal goals.


No sales experience? Career changer?
During the training period, you will learn everything necessary to perform the job. This means that previous sales experience is not necessary.


Responsibilities:


  • Telephone acquisition (inbound) of potential customers
  • Conducting free initial consultations for needs analysis
  • Contacting existing contacts in the system by phone
  • Planning and preparing appointments for our strategy consultants

Basic salary during the training period: 2,750 euros gross per month.
