This is where you excel:


  • Management of an independent area of responsibility in accounts receivable accounting
  • Booking of bank accounts and reconciliation of incoming payments
  • Analysis and clarification of open items
  • Evaluation and creation of reports, mainly in Excel
  • Processing of SEPA direct debit mandates
  • Debt collection
  • Communication with internal and external business partners
  • Invoicing of integration assistance services
  • Interdepartmental clarifications

The formula for your success:


  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Solid knowledge of bookkeeping
  • Indepth knowledge of accounts receivable accounting
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Affinity for numbers and enjoyment of communication
  • Driver's license and car advantageous
  • Independent and organized way of working
  • Teamwork skills
