Your tasks
- Responsibility for complete construction management in turnkey residential construction
- Active control of construction site processing and monitoring
- Quality assurance and adherence to schedules
- Responsibility for construction processes in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality
- Construction site documentation
Your profile
- A degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in managing turnkey construction projects
- Ability to plan and implement projects holistically and economically
- Organizational skills and strong communication abilities
- Assertiveness and decision-making skills
- Enjoyment of a responsible and diverse role
