The demands of our clients have changed over time.


Many people now prefer to research insurance options online and do not necessarily want an insurance agent sitting in their living room in the evening.

However, most still desire an insurance specialist whom they can personally consult when things get complicated. Or better yet, someone who takes care of everything personally.


Responsibilities:

  • Advising and supporting our clients via telephone and video calls (MS Teams)
  • Independently managing and overseeing client and sales projects
  • Expanding existing client relationships independently

Qualifications:
Insurance clerk (m/f/d), insurance and financial services clerk (m/f/d), or equivalent. Additional training, completed studies, and professional experience are desirable.
