We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for our client in the Rhine-Main area for direct hire.


Your job:


  • Preparation of complex facility management service offers, maintenance and service in the field of technical building equipment, including cost calculation
  • Processing of tenders, creation of performance specifications
  • Quality assurance of services provided by us
  • Maintaining communication with clients and authorities
  • Managing sales activities and actively managing customers to expand the scope of services or acquire new contracts
  • Leading and professionally developing your team members

What inspires us about you:


  • Technical degree, e.g. in building services engineering or engineering, or further training as a technician/master in the field of electrical engineering, heating, ventilation, air conditioning or plumbing
  • Experience in management, ideally in facility management or service sector
  • Sales affinity, experience in cost calculation and analytical thinking
  • Organizational talent, empathy and strong customer orientation
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
