What You'll Do:

As a Head Start Teacher, your role will include:

Take the lead in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that stimulate cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall curriculum and classroom experience.
Regularly communicate with parents, providing updates on their child's progress, achievements, and activities.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of each child, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse needs.
Remain current on best practices in early childhood education and contribute to ongoing professional development initiatives.

What You'll Need:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

The ability to work a rotating full-time shift between the hours of 6 am
6 pm.
At least 1 year of experience in a center setting, showcasing your expertise in early childhood education.
To be at least 18 years of age.
Your Infant or ECE Level 4 or 5 Credentials or a bachelor's degree with at least 16 credits in ECE
Capability to meet the physical demands of working with children.
CPR and First Aid certifications.
Completion of an annual TB test and physical examination.
