At our "Am Storchennest" daycare center in Gerstungen, we are looking for you as a pedagogical specialist starting immediately. The position is temporary as a parental leave replacement with a very good chance of permanent employment and can be filled with 30-39 hours per week.

Your tasks

Education, upbringing, and care of children according to the structure of the facility, taking into account the content of the pedagogical concept of the house
Co-responsibility for smooth operation of the facility - fulfilling the duty of care and supervision
Daily administrative work for the group (attendance tracking, meal reporting, admission and withdrawal within the group)
Integration of children into the group and consideration of individual characteristics
Documentation creation
Parent work, including counseling and referral to further assistance
