A challenging task at Sully Square

  • You will be responsible for project planning, particularly the development of supply concepts and solutions for the heating, cooling, and energy supply of a neighborhood.
  • You will participate in the preparation of offers, obtaining prices and services, as well as GIS-based concept development for municipal heat transition planning.
  • You will assist in the preparation of contract documents for technical packages (interface lists, plans, easements, construction services, contract review, negotiations, support in procurement discussions).
  • You will develop the prerequisites for future project management, participate in project scheduling, and develop budgeting for the execution and realization of projects.
  • You will coordinate with architects, specialist planners, authorities, and construction companies, and support sales units in customer communication.

A convincing background

  • You have successfully completed a technical degree, preferably in energy engineering, supply engineering, building technology, or renewable energies (diploma/master), and have a broad technical understanding, ideally in the field of energy generation and distribution systems.
  • You are particularly interested in innovative energy solutions using renewable sources and sector coupling.
  • You have the necessary mobility and willingness to solve tasks on-site with project participants. A pool vehicle fleet is available for this purpose.
