- Demonstrate a high level of comfort in dealing with grief and loss issues with clients.
- Proficiently utilize a range of software programs including Microsoft Office.

- Be adept at communication and collaboration.

Who We're Seeking:
We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator who can provide essential support, structure, and guidance to our hospice volunteers. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring that our volunteers are well-equipped and aligned with Hospice policies and procedures, and Medicare regulations. They will manage all aspects of our volunteer program, offering administrative assistance to the Hospice Clinical Manager and actively participating in quality improvement efforts within our hospice program.
