- Lead all fundraising activities including annual giving, corporate sponsorships, and direct mail campaigns.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with corporate donors and explore opportunities for new partnerships.
- Create and implement a major donor strategy and engage in solicitation efforts.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to identify potential Board members capable of major gifts and motivate staff and Board members for fundraising.
- Monitor philanthropic trends, plan giving programs, and evaluate fundraising goals.
- Coordinate with volunteers for event support and work effectively within the organization's management team.
- Minimum five years of project management and development experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in fundraising with volunteer involvement.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to advocate for the organization.
- Passion for the mission of Prevent Child Abuse Vermont.
- Experience with marketing, corporate relations, and major funders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and affiliates.
- Excellent communication skills and familiarity with social media.
- High energy, flexibility, and creativity in approaching challenges.
