Renowned wholesale company in the tobacco industry is seeking a tour planner/dispatcher for their Berlin branch.


As a supplier of tobacco products, beverages, and daily necessities to well-known national gas station and retail systems, as well as traditional local kiosks and convenience stores, our goal is to achieve a balanced relationship between market flexibility and structured tour planning in the delivery of our goods.

To achieve this goal, we are looking for a dedicated and ambitious employee.


Your responsibilities:

  • Daily scheduling of our tours, taking into account legal requirements and costeffectiveness
  • Continuous tour optimization and creation of various reports
  • Monitoring of legally required working, driving, and rest times for tour drivers/relief drivers
  • Implementation of prescribed processes and goals

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training (m/f/d), ideally with experience in the field of freight forwarding and logistics services or similar knowledge
  • Technical interest and user knowledge
  • Independent, goaloriented, and serviceoriented work style
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and the willingness to initiate and implement new processes
  • Reliability, flexibility, and resilience
  • Communicative team player with consistent focus on quality and customer orientation
  • Proficient in software (e.g. MS Office, tour planning and evaluation software)
