Responsibilities:

• Monitor construction execution in terms of costs, deadlines, and quality
• Coordinate onsite companies and technical participants
• Serve as the interface between technical trades and building trades
• Manage and oversee scheduling, quality control, and assurance
• Responsible for cost and change management
• Ensure VOBcompliant processing and billing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in site supervision
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project, familiar with VOB, BGB, HOAI, and technical regulations
