Responsibilities:

  • Customer service: You serve and advise our customers professionally and convince them with your friendly demeanor.
  • Assortment management: You are responsible for ordering, receiving, and monitoring inventory, as well as checking the quality and freshness of products.
  • Product presentation and placement: You create a pleasant shopping atmosphere by presenting and placing our products in an appealing way.
  • Sales readiness: You ensure constant availability for sales and conduct discussions with industry representatives.
  • Education: Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship in retail, or you have gained practical experience in the beverage industry and knowledge of the food retail sector.
  • Customer orientation and communication skills: You impress with an open, communicative, and helpful attitude and possess good manners.
  • Teamwork: You are a reliable team player with leadership experience, assertiveness, and a high level of responsibility and commitment.
  • Engagement and independence: You have a structured and independent work style and know how to motivate and organize
