COMPUTER TECHNICIAN

  • Experience providing basic support, maintenance, and repair of hardware/software systems and solutions.
  • Technical degree in computer science or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working in an educational environment with 1:1 devices preferred.
The Computer Technician will primarily provide level 1 support for district issued devices, hardware, and software.

Following the technical direction of the Systems Administrator and Network Administrator, the Computer Technician will evaluate and complete assigned IT support tickets in addition to providing assistance with the day to day operation of the district.
