Our team of three in the biomedical engineering department oversees more than 2,300 medical devices in our hospital and is responsible for their testing, maintenance, repair, and continuous optimization in collaboration with manufacturers.

We are currently seeking a student worker to join our team from now until the end of August, with a weekly workload of up to 20 hours.

Your responsibilities with us include:

• Assisting with testing activities
• Supporting repairs and maintenance
• Conducting minor tests such as MTK on ear thermometers
• Assisting with organizational tasks
• Pickup and delivery tasks

What you should bring to the table:

• Empathetic, friendly, and service-oriented attitude towards patients, family members, and colleagues
• Technical affinity and basic understanding of mechanics and electronics is a plus
• Availability to work up to 20 hours per week
• Additionally, you identify with the values and goals of a Catholic hospital.
