We are currently seeking a
Team Leader Air Freight Import (m/f/d) Aerospace for an international, owner-managed logistics company at the Hamburg airport.

In this role, you will be responsible for a team of three and have the opportunity to further develop it.

Your motivating tasks will include:


  • Managing the air freight import department and representing the company externally
  • Leading a team of three
  • Taking responsibility for and organizing air freight import processes
  • Assisting with air freight import clearance
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and external partners
  • Optimizing existing processes
  • Creating reports and monitoring KPIs
  • Working closely with the branch manager

What you need for success:


  • Completed training as a freight forwarder or a similar qualification
  • Experience in team leadership is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Experience in the aerospace industry is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Strong sales and customer service mindset
