How You'll Make an Impact

  • Prioritize, plan, and implement cybersecurity learning initiatives in collaboration with colleagues across the organization
  • Create topnotch digital content and learning experiences
  • Manage and update cybersecurity content, digital programs, and webbased trainings on Siemens Energy's learning platform
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies to ensure our training delivery remains relevant in promoting a culture of cybersecurity awareness
  • Support colleagues from various departments in designing and delivering content through "trainthetrainer" sessions, coaching, and guidance
  • Provide global support for all inquiries related to online cybersecurity trainings, including monitoring and reporting on digital training efforts

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Humanities, or (Industrial) Engineering
  • Several years of experience in learning, instructional design, digital solutions, adult education, or a related field
  • Proficiency in various industrystandard learning technologies and tools, including learning management systems
  • Experience in delivering digital learning and managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Fluency in English and German, both at a native or business level
