After thorough training, you will take on the following tasks in Summitville, IN:

  • Managing the electronically recorded working hours of colleagues in the time recording system
  • Creating and maintaining employee master data, managing movement data (e.g. absences) and creating exit processes
  • Being the point of contact for employees and managers for all time management related questions
  • Participating in the creation of work and flextime regulations and various personnel statistics
  • Maintaining and archiving personnel files, supporting colleagues in the HR department with general administrative tasks

What you bring:

  • Completed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial clerk, office clerk, tax clerk, insurance clerk, legal assistant) with some professional experience
  • Excellent computer skills (especially in Excel, ???)
  • Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
  • A reliable, thorough and dedicated work ethic, as you will be responsible for managing our colleagues' time
