Description
After thorough training, you will take on the following tasks in Summitville, IN:- Managing the electronically recorded working hours of colleagues in the time recording system
- Creating and maintaining employee master data, managing movement data (e.g. absences) and creating exit processes
- Being the point of contact for employees and managers for all time management related questions
- Participating in the creation of work and flextime regulations and various personnel statistics
- Maintaining and archiving personnel files, supporting colleagues in the HR department with general administrative tasks
What you bring:
- Completed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial clerk, office clerk, tax clerk, insurance clerk, legal assistant) with some professional experience
- Excellent computer skills (especially in Excel, ???)
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
- A reliable, thorough and dedicated work ethic, as you will be responsible for managing our colleagues' time
