We are currently seeking a Team Leader/Deputy Site Manager (m/f/d) for our Carl Stahl Nord GmbH location in Leipzig.


Responsibilities:

  • You will be the right hand of the site manager and support them in:
  • Leading and guiding the team of employees
  • Independently managing selected top customers in our key areas of lifting and conveying technology and fall protection
  • Assisting the team with complex technical questions, projects, and tasks
  • Taking on administrative and strategic tasks

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical understanding, assertiveness, and goal orientation
  • Vocational training in a trade followed by a degree in mechanical engineering, design, electrical engineering, or maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in leading a team of employees
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in sales of complex products and services
  • Driver's license
