We are currently seeking a Head of Corporate Tax (m/w/d) for a dynamic, globally operating company located in the heart of Hamburg, Germany.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, developing, and coordinating the Corporate Tax team (4 employees)
  • Being the main point of contact for all tax matters within the company, including national and international tax issues
  • Coordinating the preparation of all tax declarations and tax balance sheets
  • Overseeing the creation of transfer pricing documentation
  • Reviewing incoming tax assessments
  • Working closely with external tax advisors
  • Adapting processes and structures according to the company's dynamic environment
  • Leading taxrelated projects (such as M&A, BEPS 2.0, compliance management system)
  • Implementing and monitoring new regulatory requirements

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed degree in economics and/or law with a focus on taxation
  • Several years of professional experience in a corporation and/or tax consulting firm
  • Comprehensive knowledge of national and international tax law
  • Expertise in transfer pricing documentation
  • Ideally, passed the tax advisor exam
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Independent and structured way of working
