Main tasks and responsibilities
- Receive AOG and line maintenance customer inquiries, determine scope, develop and offer solutions for the customer in collaboration with the UMT team, support the team in preparation, execution, and follow-up, read and understand manuals and parts catalogs to determine necessary spare parts and prepare orders
- Initiate AOG spare part orders and transports (if necessary in SAP), track them, carry out express withdrawals, create goods issues, answer inquiries, receive AOG deliveries or hand them over to the carrier, support the supply chain e.g. ongoing reorders of Smart Parts, dispatch runs, support/representation of direct parts sales
- Answer or forward customer inquiries regarding AOG support options, spare part availability, and lead times
- Ensure after-hours support for internal BAS departments, answer phone calls, provide information, forward inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Special tasks; participate in or lead projects
Requirements (education, knowledge, skills)
- Completed commercial or technical education
- Very high willingness to serve and customer orientation
- Very good knowledge of internal processes and relationships
- Good knowledge of English
- Knowledge and interest in working with PCs (Windows applications and ERP software, SAP)
- High organizational skills
