Job Highlights / Responsibilities:

Leading and managing the engineering technology of the hydrofluoric acid plant with supervision of the assigned technical team
As a member of the plant management, responsible for process optimization and further development of the production operation to improve productivity efficiently and sustainably
Implementation of the strategic goals of the Business Line Inorganic Acids in collaboration with marketing and production
Responsible planning and implementation of investment projects
Compliance with legal requirements in the assigned technical area, as well as HSEQ management including process and plant safety in the assigned area of responsibility

Requirements / Profile:

Successfully completed degree in process engineering or chemical engineering (degree from a technical university or college, or equivalent, preferably with a PhD)
Preferably several years of professional experience in technical plant support or work in projects with process design
Excellent knowledge in the field of process engineering, background in solid process engineering desirable
Knowledge of relevant regulations
Preferably experience in personnel management
High sense of responsibility, strong communication skills,
