What to Expect:

Your main tasks include the professional management of subordinate employees and the technical leadership of the electrical development and design of our wheeled and tracked vehicles.
You are responsible for coordinating the development of concepts, quantity structures and schedules, as well as creating specifications for electrical components.
Another focus is on deriving, monitoring and meeting the requirements from the system specifications of the overall systems.
You are responsible for the resulting technical documentation according to applicable standards and guidelines, as well as approvals in the ERP system.
You monitor the coordination of developments with other departments, development managers, and project departments.
You participate in the selection of necessary components and parts to meet technical requirements, together with subcontractors, production, and purchasing.
You are responsible for the professional management and monitoring of commissioned subcontractors.
