We are currently seeking a Plant Controller (m/f/d) for a reputable automotive company based in Hemer, starting as soon as possible.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

Daily and weekly monitoring of production data, including units produced, personnel deployment, and machine utilization
Regular reporting on key performance indicators (daily, weekly, and on a rotating basis)
Calculation of department-specific HPUs and development of a system for generating KPIs (OEE)
Creation of long-term (forecast) and short-term (order backlog) capacity planning to optimize production and serve as a basis for decision-making.
