We are looking for a Junior Industrial Engineer (m/f/d) for our factory in Wallula, WA in the electronics department (E4).


Your responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and evaluating customer requirements in terms of modern industrial production criteria
  • Creating specifications and requirements for implementing customer requirements in the production process
  • Developing and ensuring the implementation of production concepts in your area of responsibility
  • Designing and optimizing effective, efficient, and stable processes for production
  • Developing concepts and guidelines for standardizing processes, procedures, methods, and techniques
  • Designing and optimizing production systems
  • Participating in the implementation of new and modified resources and methods
  • Continuously improving production logistics to reduce inventory levels

Your profile:

  • Completed degree or comparable professional qualification in a technical field
  • Assertiveness
  • Business and customeroriented behavior
  • Organizational talent
  • Independence and teamwork skills
  • Good MS Office skills
  • SAP knowledge, CAD/CAM, REFA, or MTM knowledge desirable
  • Good English skills
