Your responsibilities

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will take responsibility for the development, implementation, and monitoring of standards in facility management, supporting the legally compliant operation of properties within the Jungheinrich Group.

Together with the relevant central and specialist departments, you will define standards and processes for the life cycle of owned and leased properties, establish appropriate monitoring and reporting, and advise locations on the implementation of new and existing processes and resulting requirements (e.g. continuous improvement, PDCA).

You will maintain active contact with local facility and HSE managers, including fire protection officers and VEFKs, and act as a link between the various disciplines in corporate real estate management within your team.

You will actively contribute to the further development of our central department for corporate real estate management. With your process-oriented approach, you will analyze complex data and processes, making an important contribution to digitalization (e.g
