Training with Perspective

Our trainees and students are deployed at the company headquarters as well as in the service offices in Neukölln, Tempelhof, Treptow, and Hellersdorf and are guided and accompanied by professionals throughout their entire training period.

We rely on the "Generation Future" and offer our trainees a solid foundation for a successful start into their professional lives:

- a diverse training in the practical phase of the study,
- further education and training,
- a collective salary with vacation and Christmas bonuses, and
- an annual educational trip.

Traditionally, the trainees and students of STADT UND LAND go on an educational trip every year to get to know large housing companies in other cities. The trips and the accompanying program are organized independently by the trainees.

Thanks to continuous support and intensive assistance with practical transfer reports and the bachelor's thesis, our students have successfully completed their studies in recent years. Initially, everyone is offered a one-year employment contract with the company.
