We are the ABA Autism Therapy Düsseldorf GmbH. Since March 2017, we have been supporting children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in their learning processes and development.

Our therapy program focuses on promoting skills that will improve the children's quality of life in the short and long term.

Our practice specializes in the age group of 2-10 years.

We work according to the scientifically proven ABA method (Applied Behavior Analysis) and tailor our approach to the individual interests and resources of each child.

Teamwork is of great importance to us, and we value a trusting and respectful collaboration. As a Co-Therapist, you will implement the jointly developed therapy programs in individual therapy sessions.

From the beginning, you will receive intensive training to apply theory to practice and will have access to resources and tools to effectively support and promote the children.

Your responsibilities as a Co-Therapist:

Implementation of jointly developed therapy programs in individual therapy sessions
Promotion of social, cognitive, communication, and daily living skills
Conducting developmental and support diagnostics tests under supervision
Communication with legal guardians
Participation in regular supervision sessions

What to expect:

A futureoriented workplace with regular working hours from Mon-Thu 9am5pm and Fri 9am3:30pm, fulltime (38 hours) or parttime (20/30 hours)
Salary based on TVöD SuE
