Description

Responsibilities:

  • You will coordinate internal and external correspondence with suppliers, branches, marketing, and the online shop
  • You will handle internal and external merchandise planning
  • Your tasks will also include preparing and checking advertisements
  • Additionally, you will organize and document meetings, supplier appointments, purchasing trips, branch and trade fair visits
  • You will also be responsible for general secretarial tasks and maintaining article master data Qualifications:
  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Proficient in using computer systems (Windows, MS Office)
  • Good knowledge of English is advantageous
  • You work independently and conscientiously
  • You possess excellent communication skills and work in a goal- and solution-oriented manner
  • You have a quick grasp and a high ability and willingness to learn.
