Description
Responsibilities:
- You will coordinate internal and external correspondence with suppliers, branches, marketing, and the online shop
- You will handle internal and external merchandise planning
- Your tasks will also include preparing and checking advertisements
- Additionally, you will organize and document meetings, supplier appointments, purchasing trips, branch and trade fair visits
- You will also be responsible for general secretarial tasks and maintaining article master data Qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
- Proficient in using computer systems (Windows, MS Office)
- Good knowledge of English is advantageous
- You work independently and conscientiously
- You possess excellent communication skills and work in a goal- and solution-oriented manner
- You have a quick grasp and a high ability and willingness to learn.
