WITH THESE QUALIFICATIONS, YOU CAN CONVINCE US:

  • Completed degree or commercial training with a focus on human resources or payroll
  • Solid knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
  • Several years of experience in payroll processes and HR master data maintenance (e.g. in persis)
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken

YOUR FOCUS TOPIC:
As an HR clerk, you will join our HR administration, the heart of ADWEKO. In HR, we are dedicated to taking care of the various needs of our ADWEKOs.

In HR administration, your special focus will be on managing and administering payroll processes, collaborating with other HR functional areas, and communicating with external tax offices and internal financial accounting.


YOUR TASKS AS AN HR CLERK:


  • Manage the payroll process: You will oversee and monitor the payroll of our ADWEKOs by providing and verifying all compensation-related data for the external tax office.
