We, AFFELDT Maschinenbau GmbH, are a globally operating company that designs, develops and produces state-of-the-art packaging lines for various products such as fruits and vegetables, bakery and confectionery products, printed materials, frozen products, as well as other food and non-food items.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Service Representative (m/f/d) for our location in Neuendorf near Elmshorn, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities with us

Providing technical support to our customers via email or phone
Processing replacement deliveries / spare parts orders / quotes / purchases
Conducting error and root cause analyses
Creating quotes for service and maintenance work
Assisting in coordinating service assignments and orders, including documentation and travel organization for technicians
Commissioning internal and external service partners for repairs / maintenance and upkeep
Processing returns and complaints
Transmitting orders to our warehouse
Supporting the shipping and sales department

Your profile

Successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician, mechatronics technician or similar, technician/master's degree
Professional experience as a skilled worker in mechanical engineering
Enjoyment of intensive customer contact
