- Develop and oversee the management of all IT infrastructure, emphasizing scalability, privacy, and productivity in cloud environments;
- Ensure continuous delivery and reliability of IT services and infrastructure, with a focus on optimizing cloud infrastructure for business scalability and operational efficiency;
- Manage budgeting, procurement, and optimization of technology resources, including significant cloud services and tools;
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to IT and cybersecurity, particularly privacy regulations in cloud environments;
- Collaborate with the SVP of Aypa Digital to facilitate integrated and efficient technology integration;
- Take a lead role in talent strategy, attracting, recruiting, mentoring, and developing top engineering talent to ensure the success of our technology initiatives;
- Other duties as assigned or required.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Proven experience in DevOps or DevSecOps, with extensive knowledge in managing cloud infrastructures;
- Demonstrated expertise in software development, AWS/Azure cloud architecture, and Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Strong experience with Data Management solutions, including cloud storage, data warehousing, and data stores, is a significant plus;
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, network systems, and security frameworks, including expertise in cloud security posture management and zero-trust architectures;
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS/GC Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are highly desirable;
- Experience with multi-OS environments: Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, Android;
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive cloud adoption and security initiatives;
- Ability to strategize and solve problems efficiently, with a focus on scalability and privacy in cloud environments;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex cloud security and infrastructure issues.

The Director of IT Infrastructure is responsible for developing and overseeing all aspects of IT infrastructure across the company. This role demands a hands-on leader who can develop, enhance, and maintain robust and scalable IT systems while ensuring comprehensive security measures to protect the company's data and digital assets. Additionally, this role will lead an existing small IT team, manage internal corporate networking and corporate IT policies, work with user and desktop environments, procure hardware, and provide helpdesk/tier 1 support.
