Join our team at our location in Troisdorf as a Customer Advisor (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

Your responsibilities:

Acquisition and development of new customers
Planning and execution of sales activities
Needs analysis of customers and prospects, as well as offering suitable job profiles for employees and candidates
Responsibility for the entire sales process
Conducting workplace visits, risk assessments, and annual training sessions
Accompanying external employees to job interviews

Your profile:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in temporary staffing or sales of complex services (B2B) is desirable
Knowledge of various job fields and their respective requirements, or willingness to learn
Enjoyment of planning and executing sales activities
Persuasiveness and team spirit
Completed commercial or technical vocational training and/or a degree in business administration
Driver's license class B
