Join our Employer Branding team at our locations in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Munich, or Stuttgart and take on responsibility in your role as an Audience Brand Specialist with a focus on personnel marketing and target group management.

In this position, you will have a variety of tasks:

Development of comprehensive personnel marketing strategies and their implementation with the appropriate sourcing and personnel marketing mix for entrylevel and experienced talents
Identification of target universities and planning of suitable measures
Close collaboration with recruiting, the specialist department, and our external agencies to develop and implement innovative and target groupspecific personnel marketing tools in the areas of (social) media, digital formats, events, and other communication channels
Ensuring success monitoring and compliance with budget requirements for all target groupspecific activities
Applying your organizational skills, communication skills, and creativity in the conception and implementation of target groupspecific recruiting events

What you bring - Skills that shape the future

Practical experience of at least three years in the field of (personnel) marketing, campaign management, or recruiting
Knowledge of the German university landscape, career centers, student initiatives, and sponsorships, and know what matters in the field of university marketing
Service orientation, high quality standards, and the ability to manage various tasks and projects in parallel, as well as organizational talent, resilience, and a strong handson mentality
Affinity for digital
