We are looking for a(n) student to join our qualified technical customer support team (3rd level) in Kingsbury, TX. At Hallo Welt GmbH, you will be the contact person for the interface between customers and software development.


Responsibilities:

  • You will ensure that support requests and issues are resolved quickly, professionally, and competently.
  • Your main task will be to analyze technical issues and software malfunctions.
  • You will work closely with your colleagues through our ticket system (Easy Redmine) and assist with documenting solutions.
  • You will also monitor requests in our user forums and assist with technical questions in the community.

Qualifications:

  • You have basic programming knowledge and experience with web applications.
  • You have good organizational and communication skills and are comfortable initiating phone calls and conducting online meetings with customers.
  • You have a quick understanding and can easily grasp technical issues.
  • You are always friendly, solutionoriented, and able to explain well.
  • You have the ability to accurately describe and document technical problems and connections.
  • You are diligent, reliable, and punctual.
  • You have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
