Job Description:


  • Assisting in purchasing (calculations & execution projects)
  • Supporting the processing of projects throughout Germany
  • Creating bidder circles / setting up tender schedules for trades
  • Sending out invitations to tender
  • Obtaining, entering, and tracking offers
  • Obtaining company certificates (initial certification)
  • Preparing and actively participating in negotiations
  • Creating, evaluating, and interpreting price comparisons
  • Finalizing contracts, awarding orders in coordination with purchasing and project team
  • Sending out rejection letters and maintaining contacts with companies
  • Establishing a back office in purchasing
  • Onboarding suppliers and subcontractors in the company's own supplier portal

Qualifications:


  • Student in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, or similar
  • Team player mentality and quick comprehension
  • Enjoyment of communication and talking to external parties
  • Diligent work with structure and organization
  • Independent work with extensive training and guidance from an experienced purchaser
  • IT affinity (MS Office; internal software and applications)
- "Detective" skills; researching new providers, old orders, framework agreements
