With the help of our software, our customers in over 70 countries around the world are able to invoice for their diverse services.

As a
Billing & Accounting Specialist (m/f/d), you will be the point of contact for our customers and colleagues for all questions related to invoicing and complex billing processes - both nationally and internationally.

As our specialist for e-invoicing, revenue recognition, or recurring payments, you will quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and become an important contact person for the further development of our product.

What does it take?:

You know what our customers need to consider when invoicing and are familiar with the requirements in an international environment or know where to quickly find this information
You understand the basics of our product and provide valuable input as a stakeholder for our product development
You analyze the billing processes of our customers in terms of billing, payments, and accounting and support them with implementation
You advise our colleagues in product development on new features, such as financial reporting
