Apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems (m/f/d)

Electronics technicians for devices and systems manufacture components and devices, for example for information and communication technology or measurement and testing technology.

Electronics technicians have a wide range of fields of application. They primarily work in medium-sized and large industrial companies that produce, assemble and maintain electronic systems, devices or components.

The classic tasks include individual production, control cabinet or device construction, as well as circuit board assembly including proper soldering of individual components.

Familiarity with ERP and PPS systems as well as qualified material knowledge are expected to ensure optimal work.

Requirements

Secondary school diploma, high school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a technical focus.

Duration of apprenticeship

The apprenticeship usually lasts 3 1/2 years, but can be shortened by six months in individual cases with special aptitude.
