Customer Relations Manager - Southern California

Full Time Exempt Position

Position Summary:

City Ventures is looking for an individual who has a unique combination of Customer Relations/Service
and Residential Construction knowledge.

The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the quality of the construction of homes in a project and the warranty of homes in a set area.

They are responsible for 100% completion of homes in each project within specific quality standard guidelines set by City Ventures.

The key job objective is to deliver to the homeowners, world-class customer service that will translate in repeat/referral business.

Compensation:

Salary is $80K - $95K per year, plus Discretionary Bonus depending on several factors.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; College coursework in Construction / Quality Management is a plus.
• Some experience working in a Customer Service Environment
• Knowledge of Residential Construction
• Great Written and Verbal Communication Skills
