Your responsibilities

Responsibility: You manage the in-store bakery and ensure smooth business operations
Sales promotion: You design the department with a focus on attractive product presentation and cleanliness
Assortment management: You handle ordering and are responsible for correct pricing
Leadership: You know how to motivate your team and are responsible for personnel planning

Your qualifications

Education: Ideally, you have completed training as a salesperson, specialist salesperson, baker, pastry chef, or similar
Professional experience: You have experience working with baked goods
