Description

We are currently seeking an Operational Support Employee at Bazile Mills who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Action team on-site.

This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for invoices and on-site project initiatives, and will also be responsible for preparing business cases for additional costs, investments, and other changes.

Additionally, the Operational Support Employee will be responsible for timely and effective communication with stores.


In addition to our own Distribution Centers (DC's), Action also utilizes external parties, such as Logistics Service Providers (LSP), to staff outsourced DC's.

Within these outsourced DC's, a small team of Action employees works to monitor and optimize logistical processes with the LSP.

The Operational Support Employee will be a part of this team and will report directly to the Logistics Service Manager who leads the team.
